Every new or modified die tool manufactured in our factory, before the delivery to the costumer, is running a test in our press machines. The test run can even be a simulation to the real production conditions. That means that no additional effort or expenditure is necessary for finally part.
For maximize our quality progressive dies we are using the most advanced materials like carbide, and also we use coating technologies for reduction of tool wear, in cooperation with partners.
